- You do only receive 1 shipment in your 30 days or 60 days depending with a Pro Membership our unlimited membership allows for multiple shipments during your play cycle.
- You can rent as many, or as few, sets as you would like, up to your budgeted amount
- Please ensure you utilize your entire budget as anything not used will be lost
- Please ensure you have familiarized yourself with our cancellation policy found in our terms and conditions
- Please make sure to have Your Next Shipment loaded with the sets you would like to receive once your previous order is returned as your order will be automatically confirmed.
- Most shipments leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days, however can take as long as 7 business days during peak season.
- You can track your order simply click the subscription tab, View your order under Recent Orders, your tracking information is located under Order Updates.
